The “Breakfast for Dinner” theme will feature a gourmet meal prepared by Chef Ulysses Gonzalez at Jet Runway Café, a bustling, upscale eatery located at Fort Lauderdale’s Executive Airport (5540 NW 21st Terrace, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309). The venue is well known for being the go to place to view aircraft take off and land on its runway.
Chef Ulysses is the Executive Chef at Silver Lining Catering. A Miami native of Argentinian and Cuban descent, his passion for Latin and South American cuisine came very early, as he learned to cook in the kitchen alongside his family. Over the past 10 years, he has served as Chef at Cuban Pete's Caribbean Grill & Conga Room, Talavera in Coral Gables, Catering Chef for Celebrity Chef Michelle Bernstein and Executive Sous Chef at the Thompson Hotel in Miami Beach.
