Description/Duties:
Prescribe, design, implement, revise, and monitor behavior programs based
upon identified functions of challenging behaviors to adults with developmental
disabilities in residential setting located in Davie, FL.. Provide intensive
training, supervision, and formal monitoring program implementation. To ensure
the provision of training, program development, and documentation related
to active treatment and behavioral issues. To monitor and assure integration
of services with day training programs. To conduct functional assessments
of targeted behavior problems. To provide in-home instruction to staff and
families/caregivers to ensure the proper implementation of the prescribed
behavior program. To facilitate monthly behavioral team meetings with all
involved in the consumer's individual plan.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field. At lease one year of
administering services to individuals with developmental disabilities and
implementing active treatment plans.
Must be Board Certified Associate Behavior Analyst.
Hours:
Minimum 40 hours per week, days and hours as scheduled/required.
Work flexible hours, assuring contact with all shifts including some weekends.
