Description/Duties:
Provide supervision, technical assistance and training to Respite Care
Associates. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, contracts requirements
and agency policies and procedures. To ensure quality anome and center-based
respite services and provide technical expertise in the area of applied behavior
analysis. To provide direct care/supervision, monitoring, teaching of children
with developmental disabilities.
Requirements:
Minimum two years related experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in Psychology
or related field.
Must have supervisory experience and aggressive behavior management.
Hours:
40 hours a week and weekend included.
Salary:
Low to mid $30,000 year. |
