Arc Broward, a well-established, nationally accredited, non-profit organization based in Sunrise, Florida is currently looking for a flexible and enthusiastic Respite Case Manager to join our growing family.
The Case Manager position is responsible for establishing therapeutic relationships with parents/caregivers that supports growth and family strengthening; establishes and maintains interagency partnerships to promote internal and external referrals and service collaboration and facilitates each consumer’s access to entitlements, benefits, natural supports, and available community resources; actively participates in the assessment and person-centered care planning process; coordinates and monitors the collaborative delivery of services; ensures compliance with local, state, and federal laws, and agency regulatory standards and practices; and serves as a liaison with family members, governmental agency representatives, and other agency personnel; coordinates dis-enrollments/transfers to ensure a smooth, seamless, and supportive process; engages in community, advocacy and resource management to promote high quality, cost effective interventions and outcomes; conducts performance outcome measurement evaluations.
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, Social Work or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of one to three years’ related experience working with children with varying developmental disabilities.
Must have a reliable and insured vehicle.

Must be able to pass a Level 2 criminal background check.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug test.
Must be able to complete 5 days of new hire orientation class.
40 hours a week, evening and weekend included based on appointment
$17.30 per hour
