Rafael Soltero Rafael Soltero joined the ARC Broward Board of Directors in 2007. He is an Executive with 25 years of experience in sales, managing technology, product development, new business development, and launching new products worldwide. He is the General Manager, Marketing Support Division of International Sales and Marketing Unit for Noritsu Koki CO., Ltd. Mr. Soltero, speaks several languages and holds a Master of Business Administration, from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico. He has received many awards including the Latin American Advertising Effectiveness Award and the Outstanding Service Award - United Way of Rochester. He was the Founder and President of HOLA (a Kodak Employee Network and Co-Chair of the United Way of Broward Allocations Committee. |
