Pamela A. Sands Pam Sanda joined the ARC Broward Board of Directors in 2007. She is the District Manager responsible for the strategic management of the Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach County markets for Kelly Services, Inc. A Business Administration Major at Trinity College of Miami, she has also received specialized training in Frontline Leadership/Management, Strategic Selling, Quality Customer Service, The Leader In You (Dale Carnegie), Quality Management System and from the WorkForce 2020 Academy of Learning. She serves as an Executive Committee Board member of the Workforce Development Board of Broward County, Board Member of the Employer Services Committee for Broward County, a Professional member of SHRM and the Human Resource Association of Broward County, and has been inducted into the Manchester's Who's Who for 2006. |
