Andre Parke, a South Florida attorney, concentrates his practice in zoning, environmental, land use, and governmental law. Prior to joining ARC Broward’s Board of Directors, Mr. Parke was an Assistant City Attorney with the Town of Davie Florida from 2002 - 2005.
Mr. Parke represents developers and property owners seeking developmental entitlements for their development projects. Mr. Parke also represents developers and property owners with issues related to code violations on their properties. Mr. Parke has represented clients before several local governments and administrative agencies within the State of Florida. Because of Mr. Parke's background in local government as a City Attorney and his work in the private sector, he is able to advise clients in a wide range of land use and governmental permitting issues.
Mr. Parke has experience in preparing various documents involving municipalities and administrative agencies. He has also served as legal advisor to several municipal boards and participated in code enforcement litigation as a prosecuting attorney.
