Joan Hinden Mrs. Hinden is a retired teacher and ardent parent-advocate. She is involved with many organizations related to issues impacting community at large, seniors and individual with developmental disabilities. She is a member of the City of Tamarac Planning and Zoning Board, Broward County Transportation Disadvantaged Advisory Board, State of Florida Family Care Council, Older Women's League (OWL) and many other organizations. She has an adult daughter that has been receiving services from ARC Broward for many years. Mrs. Hinden has served on the ARC Broward Board of Directors since 1983 and in various leadership positions. |
